The service is terrible. We took our cat in for a follow up diagnostic test it took 12 hr for the test to finally be administered. Upon discharge we were told that the discharge summary would be emailed to us with instructions on how to treat the cat at home. We never received this information. Tried to call the hospital to obtain the instructions for care at home. We were on hold for 1.5 hr before anyone picked up the phone. When we finally got through the person was rude and abrupt. The services that are provided don’t match what the high cost of treatment is.
