Major Frustration at Oradell Animal Hospital, Paramus NJ
Back in December, we had a terrible experience at Oradell Animal Hospital's emergency room. It started with long wait times due to staff shortages. We ended up waiting for 5 hours! To make matters worse, the staff we encountered were rude, and there weren't even any specialized doctors available during the day. The whole ordeal wasted a day and a significant amount of money.
Adding insult to injury, we just received the bill for that visit yesterday – six months later! On top of the delay, the bill even listed a prescription refill we never received. Now, because of this outrageous delay, the insurance company won't reimburse us.
Throughout the past six months, whenever I called to inquire about the bill, their excuse was always that their system was down and the invoice wasn't ready. Today, a cashier finally called me, but to get my address – something that should already be on file. Their disorganized system is causing major headaches.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
