I'm astonished at the lack of empathy displayed by the drs in this place. Thank goodness there are many hospitals to bring your suffering pet to when they need help.
We waited over a week only to hear from a snooty receptionist that a dr swank that started our suffering cat on medication cut the meds off. The pharmacy and drs do not return calls. Our cat has weeks until he sees his regular vet and I tried for 2 weeks to talk to z dr that put him on medication to no avail. This place needs an investigation by the county health dept. The assistants are great but the drs and people who work the phones should go to work at Hkme Depot
