vet suggested I bring my cat here because he was blocked and couldn’t go to the bathroom and needed round the clock enemas and my vet closed at 5. So I went there and told them why my vet sent me there and they said my cat would receive that care. They first charged my credit card over 3,000 then took my cat, when I called I was told by the doctor my cat still didn’t poop and wouldn’t eat just stayed in same position. I asked if he had an X-ray and she said no and he probably won’t get one tonight because they are busy with other patients. I was shocked. They were pushing an operation to cut his colon that was 8,000. I picked him up after 3 days and they only gave him 4 enemas, the whole point in going there was to give him enemas around the clock. They brought him out to me and the receptionist called me and said she tried to put on another $500 and my card was denied. She asked if they gave me my cat already and I said yes and she sounded upset about that. When I got home my cat was covered in urine and couldn’t stand. I called them immediately and was told well he sat in the cage in the same spot for 3 days that’s probably why. I brought him to Westwood Regional. They gave him an enema and in two hours he was unblocked. I then get sued by Oradell and they stick in their paperwork that they researched and found out I’m not in the military. I never claimed to be in the military was that some ploy to make the judge think I’m a liar? I researched and found over 300 similar cases like mine and they put a lien on someone’s house. Their lawyer tried to get that info dismissed. I counter sued. I didn’t have a lawyer and the judge dismissed it without prejudice. I now get a letter from their lawyer for me to list my assets. I didn’t get what I was promised for my pet and they were paid over 3,000 and they have the nerve to sue me for another 600 because they tacked on filling fees. This is horrendous what they did to my cat and what they did and are still doing to me!!
