The front
desk Karen’s and cashiers are
TERRIBLE! And should get retrained they were probably hired during Covid and desperate for people. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing, but they were rude as $@!#% to me on top of it because I didn’t want to pay for something my dog wasn’t getting done! Ha! They
kept trying to charge me 5x for my old estimate. I
already did half of the procedures on there in the past and paid for them. And
then insisted I was getting a CT scan when I
wasn't and tried charging me for it. They have 0
communication and have no idea what they are
doing in the billing/cashier/front desk department.
Iits a-shame my dog can't get the
help he needs, over incompetence. I took my dog
immediately out of there from the back, because
they had no idea which procedures were being
done it was very alarming!!!! Either new computer
systems or new females in the front and billing
need to be replaced. Also, he still hasn’t been diagnosed after spending all this money… and said “it could
Be cancer” how can you say that without any proof? My dogs 2 and healthy as $@!#% he has a cough it’s probably bacterial and STILL hasn’t been diagnosed for 2 months!! How can you scare someone like that.
Do not go here! Go to Fairfield 24 hours if emergency!! And Double check your bills make sure they aren't
charging you for stuff you aren't doing !! Greedy idiots. I feel so bad for all the animals that are there honestly. I pray they are getting the right treatment they need, and not being lied to over GREED. And all the people who have been scammed into paying extra tests just for money.
