We brought our 8 month old puppy to
this suppose to be 24 hour emergency clinic with an obvious bowel obstruction .
They neglected her for hours being evaluated by an inconvenient vet Dr. James Sew. By the time they finally took her to the operating room 12 hours later
She arrested and died.
They had this review which was a joke and declared they did nothing wrong.
Now they are charging us for the care .
The bill enormous.
This whole clinic should be ashaned.
Dr Angelo in her Zoom meeting about the incident was a joke and should act like a doctor not an administrator .
She should lose her job
We had a great puppy that should not have died. Our kids are still quite upset
