The best thing about McNatt's is the number of locations ... other than that ... only take items here that you don't mind if they are lost or ruined and then receive the worst customer service you can imagine. I understand why customers are treated so poorly by the staff, Mr. McNatt doesn't care if you have an issue ... so why should his employees! If you decide to try and have an issue handled, don't expect anyone to address your cares ... you just don't matter to Mr. McNatt ... with the number of stores he has, you are just a number and service is not a concern.
