The work done by Armortech Windows & Doors was good, but it took about ten months to get everything right. The organization of what was ordered and what was delivered could be improved. In the end, they did the right thing, and we were happy. But it might have cost them some money. As an example, we had ordered some windows with privacy coating on the glass. They arrived without the privacy coating, and a price adjustment was made. We decided to just live with it and hang blinds or something. But Armortech Windows & Doors reordered the right windows anyway. Overall, it worked out in the end. It wasn't a seamless process, but we're happy with the new windows. The work of installing them was fantastic.
