My 2015 Kia Cadenza has a closed unit antenna that cannot be screwed off. After my car wash on 11/11/19 I was in a hurry because the time it took was all of my lunch hour. I gave the women drying my car a tip and left. I did not check my car all around. (huge mistake) Once I got home that night I discovered my cover was missing. The next morning called and spoke to Steve thinking it just popped off, not understanding what kind of cover I had. He claimed the guys walk through the tunnel each night and did not see anything. It turns out they must have hit it hard as the screws were sheared off. The broke it while they were cleaning it! Unbelievable.
I could not purchase a cover, it is a solid piece sold by KIA for $196.00. The only way to install is to remove your underliner (over $600 labor from KIA) What a disaster and zero help from Carwood.
