Carrell Rogers Carpet One did all the carpet and linoleum in our house. My wife and I went in and the saleslady we spoke with, her name was Becky Surma, was very non-pushy, very helpful. My wife was looking at different patterns and she'd say what she liked and didn't like, and Becky would come over and say look at this, here's some samples. We were probably in and out of the store in a half hour, everything scheduled within a day or two. The guys who came to do the install were brothers, the main guy's name is Tiger Leonhardt, and they came in and knocked the job out in one day. They did an amazing job. They were happy, on time, and the work came out perfect. We have this room in our house that goes from the master bedroom into the master bathroom, around the corner where the shower is, and around another corner where the toilet is, and when you look at all of those angles you have like 4-5 different 90 degree angles; the pattern on the linoleum had squares, and you couldn't have put a human hair in between any of them and noticed any difference. That was very hard to do, and the bottom line is that they were not only personable and professional but they knew what they were doing. Everyone who's come over to the house has been amazed by how they matched up all of the angles and squares in the room, it looks absolutely perfect. On top of that the experience wasn't like any regular contracted job; when the guys came one of them didn't have the transmission strip for the linoleum to the hardwood so he ran back to the store and got it, and we ended up buying them lunch and sharing it together. It was great. The entire job cost over $5000. We ended up contacting Carrell Rogers Carpet One again for another job. Overall everyone involved in the process was very professional, very helpful and easy to deal with, their work turned out amazing and we could not have been happier with it.
