I approached Carroll Rogers strictly because of their sales ad on the radio. After quizzing Ken Martin very harshly about what the ad says and was he truly a question and a man of his word my husband and I invited him to our home to show us some samples of hardwood. After speaking with Ken further we purchased hardwood for our home. Ken agreed to send his tile installer out to look at some cracking that had started to occur from a previous install we had done less than 3 yrs prior in our kitchen. The install was so bad the tile man was honest and said he couldn't fix it without ripping out the floor. When the hardwood floor installer arrived I was very skeptical and I watched him very closely. He spent more time than even I had anticipated prepping the floors before every laying the first board. It caused him an extra day and he apologized to us. My floor is beautiful and will last forever. Due to the integrity of the whole team at Carroll Rogers I would recommend them to anyone.
