Rob was easy to work with. After the initial phone call, he came right out and gave me an estimate that was actually less than I expected. After finally setting up a date to fit my schedule, Rob was quick to give me the itinerary of the installation. Ed showed up on the morning of the prep and was there every morning just when he said he would be - right on time. My floorplan is quite open, but the dust level was minimal and Ed always left the tools he needed the next day out of the way and everything was cleaned up. Ed knows what he is doing and does it well. He finished on time and the floors look wonderful - in time for Thanksgiving.
