Rob and team know what they are doing when refinishing my kitchen and family room hardwood floor. Rob was very knowledgable about my 20 year old engineered hardwood floor and realistic about what stains would be able to be removed without damaging the floor. I had Rob give me an estimate, the next day he started and was finished in two days with 3 coats of finish and no dust. Highly recommend.
