Our 20 year old engineered hardwood floor was buckling in a couple spots. We thought it was moisture from under the slab. After a couple plumbers confirmed there were no leaks I called Prestige. Rob took my call and came to the house that same day. After examining the floor he determined it was expanding and gave me options. Two days later he sent Alphonso to the house and the repairs were made at a reasonable price and great relief to us.
