I recently purchase a home with hardwood flooring from 1940’s. The floors were hideous stained black with several floor boards with termite damage, white paint spots, missing boards, and water damage. I wasn’t sure if to replace the wood floors or risk trying to restore the floors. I compared 3-4 companies and Prestige Floors definitely had the best price. Their prices were more than reasonable. The work was done very efficiently, all done within a week. And the end product was beyond stunning, it was beautiful. I truly never imagine my floors looking so beautiful.
