Robert and his team are fantastic...true craftsmen! Robert came to my home and provided me a hand written estimate of work to be completed on the spot. He is kind, patient, and knowledgeable about his craft. He has been in this business a very long time, and it shows! I wanted to replace some carpet in a living room (concrete floor) and match existing floors (true wood). He provided me with three different options in terms of price and labor/materials, which were competitive and appropriate to the work performed. There was no sales push at all, but a genuine information session on what would work best for our budget and space. The work was completed within weeks, and we were so happy with the final product, we had our older wood floors repaired, sanded, and refinished. Robert provided me with referrals for movers to move my furniture, and went above and beyond to visit our home and check out the work himself. Our floors are beautifully restored and we couldn't be happier about it! Thank you!
