Like several of the YELP reviewers we are pleased with our hardwood floors, but not with the after-installation service. The installation went well with Sean and Manny showing up on time, putting in a full day's work, and keeping the job site clean. However, this is not extraordinary service, but what I would expect.

Once the job was completed we paid in full, which was a big mistake since it's been 6 weeks since the job was completed and we can not get them to come back out to fix the threshold near the slider that is not secured. Like other YELP reviewers we have had this scheduled many times with no one showing up and no phone calls to explain why. When we contact the owner, Sandy, she does not apologize for nor take responsibility for her error.

It also took us 6 weeks to get the cleaning kit that should have been provided when the job was done. If you enjoy having your time wasted, working with a company that does not care about customer service after the job then hire them, otherwise find someone else who not only provides good service before they are paid, but still values you as a customer after you've made the final payment.
