Rob and his guys believe in doing a job right the first time. We are so satisfied with the white glove treatment that we received. Out of our lengthy list of renovation activities, flooring install by Prestige Floors proved to be the one service that we did not have to worry about at all.

Rob was prompt for the on-site estimate appointment and thorough in his explanation of details and materials (M.V.P. and adhesive) associated with the installation. And when my general contractor faced challenges in removing the previous flooring, Rob and Guillermo were available for consultation week(s) prior to the scheduled install.

Guillermo (and an additional installer) demonstrated their attention-to-detail throughout the entire projecti.e., avoiding wood panels with knots when laying down the staircase (to make it more pleasing to the eye) and taking care to undercut the wood beneath an existing stone mantle. Most notably, their diligence in preparing the concrete slab and sub floors to ensure a level & proper installation of the flooring was greatly appreciated.
