I requested a free quote early in the morning over their website. Rob called me back few hours later, and I made an appointment on same day. He showed up on time, and observed the condition of my floor. Then he explained and educated me thoroughly about the hardwood floor, and suggested me a couple options. The option one was to refinish the entire floor, and the option two was to lightly sand the floor then apply a coating on the surface. Because the option two was the least expensive way to go (about 1/3 in price comparing to refinishing the entire floor and very reasonable), I decided to go for the second option. He came back on the next day and did a great work!! Although he mentioned that the second option was not able to bring the floor back to the brand new shine, It looked pretty amazing to me, and I was very, very satisfied the way he revived my old floor.
