Our 35 year old parquet floor looks like new. There was some burn and finish damage. The worker was neat, polite, informative and did a great job. All of the stain stayed on the floor (as opposed to newly painted walls and molding). When I remodel my kitchen, I will have them come back and refinish that floor too.
