Our floating wood floor was ruined by urine stains from the dog of an irresponsible tenant. The wood planks were no longer available in the correct width. The staff managed to extract the ruined planks and replace them by fileting wood off planks of a different width, cutting them down to size and inserting them where needed. The staff was thoughtful and flexible about scheduling the 3 rounds of sealing that were needed.
