I am very happy with how my floor looks after it was refinished. I was concerned because there was some obvious water damage from a previous window leak and a refrigerator leak, but the floor now looks new. I was also pleased with the cost. I had another quote for twice as much (and at that they expected us to move the appliances out of the way ourselves), and another quote from someone who claimed that the floor was beyond repair and would have to be completely replaced. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted and when would work. Thanks!
