Prestige sanded and refinished our wood floors. The remaining wear level of the wood was relatively thin but they took great care and sanded it appropriately. It looks great. Rob was patient as we selected a new stain color and the guys did a terrific job staining and applying three coats of polyurethane to complete the process. They got it done on schedule too. Our home looks entirely new. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob's company for wood floor refinishing.
