I'm a condo owner whose downstairs hardwood was ruined from a party by multiple heel marks/dents (close to 300). The floors were installed new a couple years ago, but the dents and rivets were severe. I got a couple quotes from contractors around San Diego and Prestige came in very competitive (I believe MDM was the lowest but not by much). The workers (Ed and his partner) sanded the entire downstairs and refinished the wood. After about 2 and a half days the floors were amazing. All dents/rivets gone and the finish was applied perfectly (no bubbles or anything). Additionally, Ed was super clean when sanding and working around the house and in cleaning up after the job was complete. These guys know how to not leave any footprint and respect your living quarters. Thoroughly impressed and I would definitely use them again in the future.
