Robert Mistetta showed up to provide an estimate on time. I was very surprised how low the cost was for all the repairs and the refinishing. We agreed to have the work done, which included replacing 35 sq ft of red oak flooring in one area, replacing another 22 boards in another area, replacing 4 boards in a third area, and fabricating several thresholds. They then refinished all the oak floors, amounting to probably over 1,000 sq ft. They normally get good results with three coats, but they put a fourth coat on at no charge when they weren't satisfied with the results of three coats. The work was performed on schedule and very professionally, e.g., polite, no mess, showed up on time, and kept us aware of how the job was going. The floors are absolutely beautiful and are the first thing visitors comment on.
