We are very happy with the job Prestige Floors did for us! We have white oak floors which date back to our home's construction in 1947, but over the decades their beauty had been diminished by wear and tear. In several placed the wood had been damaged beyond refinishing. Rob gave us a very reasonable quote, and worked with us to schedule the work at a time convenient for us. They worked quickly and courteously, keeping us informed and in the loop at every step. When we decided we needed to replace more boards near the end of the job (old dog pee stains), they worked with us and put in extra time so that we could move back in by the end if the weekend as scheduled. They replaced all of the damaged boards, and after the finish was applied you can't tell where the old ends and the new begins. The floors look beautiful and our only problem is that now we need to paint so the walls look as good as the floors!
