I originally purchased the carpet from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor in October of last year and I noticed some threads were coming up so I called them to see what they could do.

He followed up right away with me and came out the next morning to get everything corrected. I was so happy with the service, they were very professional, I would recommend them anytime, and I plan on using them again in the future.
