My experience with Ted's Abbey Carpet and Floor was awesome. Their product knowledge was incredible and they showed up exactly when they were supposed to. I had two areas of my house that needed carpeting, an upstairs room and my basement. In the basement my floor isn't even and there can be moisture in the air - I thought I wanted to put in carpet squares but they told me about another product, I think it was a new product, that looks just like hardwood floor and has cork on the back. It is easy to put on uneven floors and isn't degraded in a moist environment. Their knowledge was awesome. Everyone who I tell about it or who sees the floor wants to try it. You seriously cannot tell that it is not hardwood flooring and makes my basement look really great. It is also easy to replace since it comes in strips and I won't have to replace the whole floor, just a strip if any damage happens in the future. She explained to me the difference between top level dyes and carpets that are dyed all the way through the carpet and are much better for pet owners.
