I was shocked at the service we received, I requested a full detail on my cadillac escalade. Kenido came to my house at 11am and told me up front he had to be home by 2 and would be done before then (I was surprised for several reasons). At 1:30 he said he was leaving and would come back to finish the next day. Kenido left, with my new rubber husky floor mats and never showed back up or contacted me again. I tried to follow up several times and was put off (told someone would call me back) and the situation not rectified. It has been three months with no closure. Today I reordered floor mats to replace the ones the Rite Now representative disappeared with. I would still love closure, and if I ever receive it I will take the review down. Until then, this business has made pretty clear they are not quite as reputable as I had hoped. Most disappointing? We had hoped to have them start servicing both of our vehicles regularly which obviously won't be happening, I am out $150 for the floor mats and I went on my business trip without the SUV in the beautiful shape I had hoped for, even after I specifically explained to Kenido I was getting the SUV detailed for the trip I was taking that weekend.
