This is a fun class to attend and I enjoy the people I work out with, but I am not getting even 1/3 of the level of personal service I was promised and I am not happy at all that I am stuck in a contract with a person who tells us to facebook message him but then does not answer. Not always, but I have seen him be quite rude to other clients in front of us and online. It is a business with great potential if he would be more customer focused more accessible.
