I paid them for several years, didn't notice that their men actually did too much during their yearly inspections. I had termites at one of my entrance doors and showed the guy. "I don't think this was covered, I'll have my supervisor get back with you" says the inspector. Never happened, repaired the wall ourselves, and cancelled my service. One year later we are now repairing floor joist, as in spots they are completely eaten away by termites. Thank you Orkin.
