Receiving Final Notice/Cancellation if not paid when check was cashed the day before due date, three weeks prior
This is the second or third time this has happened in the past few years. I am tired of getting notices that my service will be terminated for none payment when, not only was payment received but the check cashed the day before the due date. The service technicians are professional and courteous but I don’t know about their accounting system. Very annoying.
