We had the pleasure of working with Meagan Hufft and Christy Gonzalez during the purchase of our new home this April. Let me just say we have never had anyone fight for us so fiercely! Our dream home was in contract when we made an offer, so we kept up our search after making a backup offer, even though we were so drawn to the home. Meagan followed up daily with the seller's agent, so the second that contract fell out of escrow, she knew about it. They quickly accepted our offer, and we were in escrow! There were a few issues along the way, but this team of ladies were quick to respond and always looking out for our best interests. Shortly after moving in, we realized the heater for our pool was broken. Our home warranty denied our claim, but Meagan came to the rescue again and got them to cover a brand new unit!
