My baby has become older and sickly; now realizing that we are starting to get referred out and staff is starting to ignore my concerns and tell me they don't have any appointments. If you have questions about your pets that they assume you should not inquire about, then the ignoring starts😟. I have been going there for years and when my baby now needs them for care, they are throwing him aside and discounting his needs and acting as though I am making up symptoms. So very disappointing. I thought they cared and would treat my pet when he was ill, especially since they know him. If not routine then you are pushed aside. They don't prioritize, they send you away so they can maximize appointments and they don't care to be bothered. How disrespectful, disloyal and dangerous is that for your beloved fur baby? Find a place that is loyal to their customers for the safety of your babies.
