I am very disappointed in this place. I have been going here for years and loved them. I drive there from Alvin just because they were good to us. I recently took my mom's dog in for allergies and asked for some apaquel. My mom had to fly to California for my aunts funeral so she could not take her. They were supposed to call my mom and get all medical decisions approved and them call me to pick the dog up. When they called me I was told the bill was over $750 I asked if they called my mom to get everything they did approved and I was told yes so I paid the bill. When I called my mom to tell her I picked her dog up she asked me how much it was they never got anything they did approved just did what they wanted and racked up the charges. I will not be going back we have 5 dogs we took there and have been customers for probably 20 years. Never again
