I had a problem with my boiler and called them on a recommendation. The only good thing was the response time. The gentleman that was sent seemed to know a lot about boilers. He was very nice and explained things to me so far so good. The problem was that he wouldn't stop talking and getting into personal stuff about traffic and how bad his commute was playing with my dog. Turns out the problem he fixed and bought parts for didn't fix the problem and said he had to return the next day. He gave me a ticket to sign and it had 3 hours on it so I signed it not thinking anything of it when he came back the next day he came in the same way very nice talkative did some things and fix the problem. So when I got the bill I realized I got charged for the whole time that he was there both days if I had known that I would be charged to talk to the gentleman I wouldn't even said hi. I had another plumber come and he told me that the guy that fix the problem must have just been guessing and replacing stuff. The bottom line was I was way over charged to hear this guy's life story and for him to guess at what the problem with my unit was. I was very upset. I was reluctant to pay but I would never use them again. If you use this company and they send the plumber I think his name is Don tell them to forget about it cuz it's going to cost you a lot of money to hear bullcrap.
