For the last 10 months I have been paying $549 per month for the better single plan. During that time I only used the insurance for a preventative yearly physical having blood work during a physical is a given but I still got a 2,000 bill for my blood work being told the insurance does not over blood work. Every time I called I could not get through and or they would not call me back. After several emails I was responded to and told do it even bother filing a complaint blood work is not part of the policy. The policy states to cancel 14 days in advance. I called more than 14 days in advance and was told to call the day I want it to stop then immediately hung up on. Very contradictory. I honestly feel like I paid the monthly payments for almost one year and got nothing out of it. Please be very aware and read all fine print before buying health insurance policies.
