This is who my job had. I paid $58 a WEEK. They refused to cover even co-pays, even though upon a dr visit, it shows $0 copay, but when the dr tries to submit a claim it dont go through. They did cover very little prevention services, such has 1 mammogram a year, and labs once a year. I was diagnosed with anemia and my dr ordered iron transfusions, they refused to cover it because it was a "luxury treatment" and I didn't need it. This is a complete scam. I had an unexpected surgery and they covered 3% of the $8,000 bill. Rescue transport they refuse to cover. I had PPO option, but I only found 1 dr that took the insurance. Do go with them, and getting help from customer service is a joke. They all sound like uneducated ghetto. Terrible company. They really need to be investigated. Also dr claims could not be electronically sent. They had to be mailed. Claimed they didn't have the proper system to get them electronically.
