I’m so disappointed that I actually got scammed by these folks . If I would have just googled their name and check the site !

This company is a huge million dollar bait and switch scam and they seemed so legit by the website and had to be a broker to sell Indurance . I spoke to them multiple times before I purchased the policy . Here is the problem whatever they say on the phone or send you describing your benefits will be way different than what you receive .
They say you have 3O days to cancel with a full refund as they will send you a 200 page document to read and you will finally realize you did not take a health coverage , but a LIMITED plan .
So I went to cancel it within the 30 days I got a run around on the phone that get this I couldn’t t cancel , that’s impossible ! And that they would sell me a different plan . They transferred me to person to person all with a run around and I just wanted to cancel the plan .
I finally put it in writing a letter every day! I called on 4/15/2025 and a letter to cancel the plan 3O days would be 4/21/2025 . They emailed us on 4/23/2025 that our plan has been cancelled but we are not entitled to a refund and get this they require 30 day notice so they kept the plan active for another 30 days and tried to bill my credit card compsny ! This place is a nightmare and a huge huge scam . Thank goodness for my credit card company as the blocked them on my card and I put a dispute in with my credit card company trying to get the money back that way .
