I received a different insurance and was told, "It was not insurance" and they cannot cancel the policy because I did not have a reason for canceling. The customer service person Mia was not helpful at all. She just kept saying that my insurance was not real insurance therefore I do not have a valid reason for canceling. If I want to cancel because the wind blew in a different direction I should be able to cancel. But being told a national, state insurance is not insurance is ridiculous.
