This company preys on customers weakness. I was told the doctors my daughter needed were included in this plan. I discovered that they were not. I called to cancel the policy after much back and forth over many hours I was able to cancel the policy. Or so I thought. A month later I get a strange call, where the caller did not identify themselves. I thought it was odd and called the number back. It was Health First telling my daughter her ID cards were ready and the policy had not been cancelled. Currently on hold with company on 2 lines. These long hold times are a tactic used to get customers to hang up.
