I was sold a plan that covered basically nothing, but was promoted as fantastic. I'm paying off bills from 5 months ago.
I cannot even get a 1095 form for the IRS to show that I paid for the policy (I am self-employed and can take my premiums as a tax deduction). I'm told, "They don't provide those forms." Why not? If they are a legitimate health coverage policy, they should provide 1095 forms.
I spent HOURS on hold waiting to talk to someone who finally sent me a link so I could download my receipts (for that, I can use my credit card statement), but the link was BROKEN and the website only shows my last payment, not the last YEAR'S payments.
My last attempt to call the number that I was given by the last person I waited hours to speak to left me on hold for 72 minutes. I finally hung up.
I wish I had checked these reviews before I purchased.
