I have fought with the same Customer rep since I got the insurance. They can't transfer you, they can't give you another number. I can't get my policy cancelled! Been a total run around! Can't even reach the Agent that sold it to me! So for them to be such a great big company....... what's up???????
They also told me I could not get a refund for my medical because it was month to month, yet I have argued with them for a month.
