The seller agents lied to me, after knowing my medical situation. They told me what my coverage would be, and it was nothing even close to what they actually cover. I signed up after a major knee injury. They knew the care I would be needing, and told me I would be covered and good to go. That was not the case. They have not covered anything. If you talk to a supervisor, they are incredibly rude. They cut me off and didn't want to hear my complaints. I let them know about all these reviews, but they "assured me" that they know how to run their business, and then hung up on me. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. These folks call you before you even get a chance to look up reviews.
