I pray this review makes a difference. New cancer diagnosis, scrambled getting this. Email says can cancel in 30 days full refund. No one accepts this insurance. FOUR agents straight hung up on me as I try to cancel. One says theres no refund. Another threatens to penalize me for not having insurance (thats the govt not you) another told me I need therapy and my plan is still active she can give me a list of therapists .. ?!?!!! Their employees must hate their lives.
