I am shaking while writing this. I spoke to 13 different people and no one was able to helped me. I tried to book a dental appointment and the lady I spoke with asked for a Dental number. I have been going back and forth calling the "INSURANCE" and no one can give it to me. out of 13 calls, 5 of them hanged up on me. I called back the dental office and the lady was able to help me and I have discovered that this isn't an insurance. Its a discount or supplemental coverage. It raised my blood pressure. I also just found out that I have no dental benefit. But the agent I spoke to when I first purchased the plan said 100% I have coverage.
