They told us this was and insurance plan and we would pay a certain amount for insurance, dental and vision included. Our prescriptions would be $10 each. After getting our cards in the mail it says they are not insurance. Got charged additional charges. When i called they told me it was a one time fee. Then got charged again and they told me it was my dental and vision. I said I don't need that and then they tell me my prescriptions are on that policy too. Every time I called no one could explain to me what I had and why they were charging me and could never talk to anyone else because they were too busy When I said I need some answers I was hung up on. I called back to cancel and get my money back and they cancelled it but wont return my money. I have paid them over 1300.00 for nothing. Wish I could give them negative stars. This is not the end I am going to fight to get my money back..
