I was contacted by a sales agent who promised me insurance through "Federal Life PPO" with $10 copays for $@!#% and $20 for specialists, NO deducible, and max out-of-pocket $1500. Well, imagine my surprise when I get insurance cards for "First Health Network" and right there on the card it says it's a supplement and not actual health insurance. These A-holes have charged me 3 times over the course of 2 months. I just spent two hours on the phone, trying to cancel. They refused to process a refund, scoffed when I said this was fraudulent, and hung up on me. I will be filing a dispute with my bank, submitting a BBB complaint, and blasting them on social media. This sort of blatant fraud should not be legal.
