This has got to be the most worthless insurance ever! I purchased it on May of 2021, and still on September 7, 2021. Not even an insurance card has been sent! I called 4 different times asking why I hadn't received them. All they could say was that they would expedite the paperwork. I asked if I could be reimbursed for the 5 months they took out of my account, they flat out said NO! Wgen I called on the 7th of September to cancel the insurance, I told them it was pretty sad to be canceling something I had never received. When transferred to " Marco" he kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. He kept chuckling then he hung up on me! Biggest mistake I made was ever purchasing this insurance from them ! every single person I spoke with. Was extremely UN PROFESSIONAL
