I called what I thought was my Covered California plan as this phone number was listed when I Googled it. I told the woman on the phone that I needed to add my daughter to my current plan. She pretended that she was working with my same plan and lied and said she needed to cancel my current plan and restart a new one in order to cover my daughter. She sent me a link that i had to sign and a credit card payment sign up which I did. When all was complete, I asked, "so you did keep me on the same plan and just added my daughter?" She said , "no, this is a different plan>" I called Covered California and this company is fraudulent and scammed me. I called the "agent" back and she said it would be cancelled and I would receive an email- nothing has other come and they charged my card. Now the "agent" will not answer my calls at all. I am disputing the charge and speaking and will fight this, but THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUD SO BEWARE!
